personality;
Observant. Self-destructive. Defensive. Motherly/Caring. Empathetic.
-- OBSERVANT
Generally, Dianna notices movement a lot easier than other people because her eyes aren't distracted by flashy colors. Not only that though, she also tends to notice subtle changes in body language and expressions of other people. She usually won't say anything about it, but she still notices it in and might worry about someone. Dianna can tell when you've been crying almost no matter what you do, so there's no point. She'll respect your privacy if you don't want to tell her what's wrong.
-- SELF-DESTRUCTIVE
Dianna doesn't honestly care what damage she does to herself by doing half of the stuff that she does. She has no common knowledge when it comes to being in dangerous situations it seems and doesn't listen to the warnings that people give her. In a way, Dianna can be considered a masochist. She willingly puts herself through emotional/physical pain and hurt, even if she could easily avoid it. In her mind, it just makes her stronger.
-- DEFENSIVE
Ask her about her life and Dianna will either lie to you or simply decide not to answer. She doesn't like mentioning her own personal life and problems. If you bring up her color blindness, she might get angry because she'll assume that you'll treat her differently and that's the last thing that she wants you to do. It's a miracle if you can get her to trust you enough to talk about herself.
-- MOTHERLY/CARING
Dianna just seems to love taking care of other people, just not herself. She'll let them crash at her house regardless of what her parents say. Unfortunately, she's one of the people that are easily just used to get money, food, shelter, and sometimes sympathy. Eventually Dianna will clue in if you're just using her and kick you right out of her house, though.
-- EMPATHETIC
If you're angry, Dianna will get irritated with you. If you're depressed and crying, you're likely to get a few tears from her. Happiness will always be contagious to her, too. She can't help but absorb the emotions of people around her. It frustrates her how the more...inappropriate emotions seem to rub off on her too. With just an intense, wanting look she's reduced to...well, reduced to certainly something.

pets; A snake named Happi.[/blockquote]
family; Her parents (both female), and her brother.
history; Surprisingly, her parents didn't realize that she was colorblind until she was about ten, when she was told to describe the color red and it turned out that she seemed to be describing a sort of yellow shade. If you think about it, it makes sense. Point to a color and tell her that it's 'red'...well, she's going to figure that this color, which would be considered a shade of yellow to a person without color blindness, was red no matter what. Dianna was always a bit of a comforting presence around school. She loved cheering people up and still does, but not nearly as much.
Though she doesn't seem to be willing to date anymore, Dianna has been in quite a lot of relationships. Usually, it was her self-destructive behavior, slight self-consciousness, or her defensive nature that drove her and her girlfriend/boyfriend apart. She'd get so paranoid that they were dating her out of sympathy that she would grow distant from them until they went their separate ways. She's still like this, which is why she hesitates a lot more when someone asks her out. Dianna's actually still friends with a few of her exes.
Growing up, Dianna was actually teased for having two mothers instead of a mother and a father. She's completely sick of it. If you so much as make fun of her parents even as a joke, it will ruin her mood and she'll likely walk away from you. They love her dearly and they aren't any different from regular parents. She viciously defends known gay or bisexual people in the school who might be subjected to cruel bullying. Sure, she might be called a bit of a freak for snapping so easily, but it's a touchy subject.
