Every step was strangely muffled, blocked. The dirt around the path was almost swallowing his shoes whole. Like quicksand, or the destructive primal nature of fire. Of course the first two things that came to his mind were deadly. A trained killer needed to know every aspect he could work to his advantage. Nature had already helped him twice.
His face lacked expression, no denial, no fear, no regret, no trust. He didn't need any of those emotions, denial was going against your judgment. Fear was simply a weakness, the easiest way to get caught is to show fear to your opponent. Regret was a nagging emotion, one he did not need to burden him. And trust? Trust was simply a twisted lie.
He had lost all faith in trust when he figured out his father was cheating on his mother. Before then he was a normal, spoiled boy in his teens. Of course his emotions ran high and he was confrontational, but the level increased dramatically. In a sense, he lost hope in people. If he trusted anyone all he would do is set himself up for disappointment, for failure. Failure was something he couldn't afford.
Now, it wasn't to say he didn't feel any guilt for what he did. Two murders, and now he was planning the third. Everything that he had done was worth years in prison, and what he was planning? Would just add to his record. But he had been sneaky so far, covering it all up as accidents or suicide. The next possible conclusion the police would likely make, if they grew suspicious, is that his father had killed them.
It seemed like he couldn't lose. Although guilt attacked him every moment, he tried not to dwell on things like this for too long. It didn't help his mood, nor his image. His currently expressionless face acquired a slight, forced smile. But by no means did it look as forced as it was, he was good at covering things up by now. Maybe a little too good. But as of now he tried to clear his thoughts of his horrible secret, the one he'd carry with him to the grave.
For now, he would focus on his walk. He needed to calm down, recently he'd been snapping twice as much as usual. But if you had two murders on your conscience, and were planning a third, wouldn't you be a bit testy too? Needless to say he was usually a bit testy and that's why most people didn't like him, most people that didn't run in the popularity race at least. And even most of them didn't like him.
Although it bothered him little, and as he looked down his foot crunched a twig. It made his fake smile dissipate and a real one took its place. Something of a childish whimsy came into him, yes the cold-blooded Aleksander enjoyed crushing twigs with his feet. If you had a problem with it he'd just tell you to fuck off and not think twice about it. /Temper, temper./
Reminding himself not to think of telling some dumb ass off he couldn't help but chuckle. This walk really was improving his attitude, maybe now he wouldn't be such a bitch. Well, he'd always be a bit of a bitch... Just not as big of one. In fact it was almost weird to see him so cheery. If anyone saw him right now they'd think someone kidnapped the real him and replaced him with an impostor!
At that point he realized he'd made it into the middle of the park woods. Aleksander paused, halting in place. He didn't feel much like walking now, more like sitting down somewhere and enjoying the peace and quiet. Straying off the trail, he found a tree a few steps from the path and sat down under it. He pulled his legs up close to him, where he could wrap his arms around them and look at the sky through the canopy of leaves. He looked so Innocent... There was no way this boy could be a murderer, could he?

Gavril sat up in one of the trees in the park woods. He had been sitting up there by himself all afternoon. It was a good place to just think in some peace and quiet. He wasn't that high in the tree, but when he could hear something coming he began to climb a bit higher. It could have been just a deer or some other animal, but Gavril didn't want to take the chance of someone seeing him.
Gavril climbed up another yard or two and perched on one of the thicker brances. He quietly pulled some of the brances aside to peek out at whatever it was that was coming his way. He could see it was a guy that looked around his age. Kinda short... He thought to himself.
Gavril watched the boy, like the occasional creeper he was. When he saw the boy sit down under the tree he let go of the brances and crawled deeper into the tree's foliage, hoping that the boy wouldn't see him. Gavril silently climbed down a couple of feet so that he could get a better view of the boy.
Gavril looked around himself for something he could throw. He loved messing with people and this kid seemed like a pretty easy target. He saw an acorn that hadn't fallen from the tree yet. He grabbed it and took aim at the boy before throwing the acorn. Gavril snickered and stepped around and behind the trunk of the tree where he wouldnt be seen after the acorn hit the boy on the top of the head.

Aleksander was still enjoying the serene quiet, it was like the therapy he needed. He knew he had a horrible anger problem, and he needed to get it checked out. But... A therapist sounded like a bad idea, plus he was perfect, there was nothing wrong with him! It's not like he could ask his parents, right now they were out of state on some important trip, silently Alek rolled his eyes.
Now, could anything disturb this peaceful scene? Well if it could happen, it would happen to him. And it just so happens that it did. An acorn struck him strait on the head. "The fuck?" He grabbed the little bastard as it bounced off his head and hit the ground. There was no way it could have fallen off the tree. No way at all, it had to much force behind it.
"Who threw this?!" He spat, throwing the acorn down, hard, as he stood up and looked around. Judging by the angle it was likely from one of the trees next to him, the tree he was sitting under perhaps? Before he did anything, he put his hood up. If whomever was throwing the acorns thought they'd be smart and hit him again, they had another thing coming.
He stepped forward a few paces, and then looked up towards the tree. Aleksander couldn't see anyone... But there had to be someone there right? There was no way an acorn would fall right on his head like that! Maybe he was going crazy... /No, no, I'm NOT crazy. I know someone threw it at me!/

Gavril snickered, pleased with the rection he has gotten out of the boy. This was the highlight of his whole day. He loved doing shit that got reactions like this out of people. He looked around for another acorn to throw, but there didn't seem to be anymore around where he was on the tree. He climbed down a few feet to see if he could find anymore, being careful not to make too much noise.
Gavril stood on a thick branch, one hand on the tree trunk for support. He examined the branches around him in the hopes that there would maybe be another acorn. If not he would either have to fins something else to throw, or go back to relaxing in the tree and ignoring the boy.
Gavril smiled wickedly when he spotted another acorn a couple of feet away. He inched forward a bit on the branch to get it, using a more thin branch for support. Once he got within reach of the acorn he leaned forward to grab it. He had almost got the acorn when the branch under him snapped beneath his weight.
Gavril let out a shriek and tried to hold onto the branch he was using for support. The branch prooved to be too thin and it snapped as well. He shrieked again as he fell to the ground, banging himself on brances on the way down. The fall was somewhere between 15-30 feet.
Gavril landed on his side a little ways away from the boy. He groaned and rolled over onto his back, holding his side. He had a couple of scratches on his face and a big spot on his side that was bruising. "It feels like I broke my ribs," He groaned, although the worst that probably happened was that he had bruised a few.

Aleksander was still trying to figure out who threw the acorn, and by now he had gotten a bit closer to the tree. Still nothing. /Maybe I am imagining things... He thought, although he didn't accept the fact that he might be crazy, or even a bit paranoid. There was somebody out there and when he caught that jerk he'd blow up on them.
However, he didn't expect what happened next. All he heard was a snap, a shriek, another snap, more shrieking, and impact. Throughout the course of the few seconds Aleksander couldn't help but grin and start laughing. And then he saw the boy whom was the culprit. "Karma's a beautiful bitch, isn't she?" He said with a smile.
Getting a bit closer, he didn't pull down his hood. He wanted to see who the other boy was. To his surprise he soon saw that he was kind of cute... Despite the scratches and the soon-forming bruise. /Just because he's cute doesn't mean he's not guilty!/ Aleksander reminded himself, looking the boy in the eye. A smile never left his face, and he couldn't help but laugh again.
"So, I'm guessing you're the prick who threw the acorn at me." He said, glaring at the other boy. Just because he was hurting didn't mean that he deserved sympathy. He had deserved it after all, yet as he looked down at the boy he couldn't help but feel bad. /Don't feel guilty! Guilt is nothing but a weakness!/

Gavril looked up at the boy and quickly blinked away tears. He had never let anyone see him cry, and he wasn't about to start now. He usually did most of his crying locked in his room where no one would be able to see him. Cuddling his stuffed teddy bear and getting it's fur all wet with his tears.
No body knew about Gavril's teddy bear (who's name was Beary). It wasn't exactly something that he went around bragging about. Although, he wouldn't really care if anyone found out. If you have a problem with it Gavril will politely tell you to shut the fuck up and go suck a horse cock.
Gavril reluctantly sat up, holding onto his side as he did so. "Fuck off," He told the boy. Gavril put his head inbetween his knees, taking deep breaths as he tried to ignore the pain that was burning all over his body. Gavril had never exactly been the best when it came to pain tolerance. He was a real bitch when he was in any physical pain, always making it seem worse than it actually was. He clenched his teeth together to try and keep from screaming out.

"I don't think I will, not like you can do anything about it right now anyways." Aleksander said with a grin. "Now then, why don't you stop crying like a little bitch and suck it up? Or at least let someone help you." That was an open invitation, if the boy asked him to help... Would he? Now that he thought about it he just might.
After all he'd probably broken a few ribs on the way down, that HAD to be painful. But he seemed to be over exaggerating by a lot, it would be best if he tried to ignore the pain, or went to the hospital or something. Realizing he needed to show that he meant what he said about staying there, he sat down criss-cross and watched the other kid struggle with enduring the pain he was in.
It was almost enough to laugh at, but for some reason he didn't. Maybe because it was partly his fault in a way? If he hadn't seen him and started throwing acorns at him. /Wait, what?! It's all his freaking fault!/ He thought angrily, an aggravated expression apparent on his face. Why was he so sympathetic to this kid?

Gavril relutantly took his head out from inbetween his knees. "I am not crying, and I don't need help from you or anyone else." He said stubbornly, although he knew it was a big lie. He was in pain and he deffinately need some help, but he was just too proud to admit it.
Gavril struggled to his feet and began to limp away. Hopefully he'd be able to get back home on his feet. Now would be a time when Gavril regretted not having a car, one would really come in hand at a time like this.

"Fine, sit there, cry, and just wait here until someone comes around and rapes you in the forest." Aleksander said sarcastically. He could tell that he needed help, and maybe he could give him help? It normally wouldn't be like this, but in a way he felt like it was his fault. He was slightly surprised when Gavril managed to get to his feet and limp away, but it was doubtful he'd make it very far... Not thinking he walked forward quickly to catch up to him, and stopped in front of him. "At least let me help you." Aleksander said in a slightly resigned tone.

Gavril glared at him and gave a slightly dememted laugh. "That's funny. You seem like you actually want to help me." Gavril had always had extremely low self esteem. Why would anybody care about him, much less want to help him? That's what he thought anyways. Of course there were people that cared about Gavril and wanted to help him, he just needed to realize that.
Gavril did his best to try and nudge the boy out of his way with his shoulder. Well, more like his elbow. This kid was way shorter than him. He limped a few more steps before sitting down under a different tree. There was a nagging voice in the back of Gavril's mind telling him that he would never make it all the way home. Maybe it would be smart to let this kid help him after all...

"It's the right thing to do at least, if you hadn't been a dick and thrown acorns at me this wouldn't have happened." Aleksander said, a scowl fully formed on his face and crossing his arms. He hated it when he let his uptight rich kid personality get in the way, he was supposed to be 'polite and discreet' with everyone. That definitely turned out well, didn't it? He growled slightly when the other kid nudged him out of the way with his elbow. Why did he have to be so short and scrawny? And why did this kid have to be so damn tall? "You really should let me help you." Aleksander insisted, the scowl never leaving his face. Now he was sort of interested in how hurt this kid was, he'd like to know how much he hurt him. Why was it he always seemed to hurt people in indirect ways?

Gavril sighed and leaned his head back against the tree trunk, closing his eyes. "And how do you plan on helping me, exactly?" He was thankful that it was actually nice outside and not too hot or too cold. He had a feeling he might be out there for a while.
Gavril sighed again. "Sorry for throwing acorns." He mumbled. He didn't exatly know why he had thrown the acorns. Probably of a combination of a stranger being under his tree and being in a mischievous mood that day?
Gavril did consider that tree his in a way. He had since the day he had first wondered the forest in the Rosewood park. It had been sort of an outlet for him. A place to go to escape the world for a little bit.

"Doctor, hospital, somebodies got to look at your chest, you landed pretty hard. And, I've got a car and can help you walk to it. Thank you very much." Aleksander said, taking on a slightly bitchy tone. His attitude was all over today, and you know what? He liked it. In fact, if he weren't getting irritated right now he might have brought himself to smile. Might. "You should be, if you hadn't you'd be fine right now." He said scathingly, maybe he should get his temper in check. Maybe. Right now he was enjoying messing with this kid, he very much enjoyed manipulating people.

Gavril sighed. ''Fine, take me where ever.'' It wasn't like he had a car of his own to get anywhere, and it would be getting dark soon. Rosewood was a big town. Injured kid plus out alone after dark would not equel something very pleasant.
As Gavril atruggled to get up a thought crossed his mind: /Should I trust this kid?/ He has always had some trust issues. Maybe this kid just wanted to rape him. It was an extremely ridiculous thought, but it could be possible, right?

ooc/ Thank you Jess, I just imagined Alek pulling over to rape Gavril xD. bic/ "I think hospital would be better, come on. You can use my shoulder for support if you like." Aleksander said curtly, it was slightly funny because if he wanted too, the other kid could use his shoulder as an armrest. The thought made his slightly good spirit sink down again, great, just when he was getting into a slightly good mood. Well, any mood other than a bitchy one was good for him really. He was almost always bitching about someone or something. Not only that, but who knows how many times he'd been told he had anger management issues. Luckily Aleksander's parents gave him and did for him anything he wanted, as much as it was suggested he refused to see a therapist.
