"Oh but you know that you'd love it. And you'd remember it... Where-ever you beleive you're gonna go." Falerin said, turning right as she instructed. After a few more instructions he finally pulled up to her house. "Well that was a shorter ride than I expected, you don't really live that far from me actually..."
He looked up at her house, it was nice. /Probably ten times nicer than mine./ Falerin thought. As of now his little brother was moving in, and they were still getting their shit together. In their house there were boxes EVERYWHERE, it was just a mess. This however looked like a much more organized household, then again it wasn't to hard to be more organized than the Cealan's.

[/i] she asked herself. She took a deep breath. "Fale, uhm...do you want to come inside and just...hang out?" she asked awkwardly. She could feel something deep down. Oh gosh, I can't like him like that....he's just a friend, she told herself, trying her hardest to keep calm as she waited for his answer. Behind her, her hands were shaking from how nervous she was.[/ul]

When she didn't do anything he was about to ask her what was wrong. Well, that was until she asked her question. It was obvious that he was taken by surprise. "Uh..." He hesitated a moment to think about his answer. "I guess it wouldn't hurt." A smile swept across his face as he said it and he looked at her. /Is she blushing?/ There was no way to be sure... It was likely he was imagining it.
He turned the key the opposite way in the ignition and the car became quiet as he undid his seatbelt and opened the door. For once he looked happy, or at least contented, now he honestly couldn't deny it... He really did like this girl. The next question he had to ask though, was /How much?/

"It sounds like you're just leaving me out here." Falerin said with a small smile. "But it's really no problem, I mean... If I hadn't been such an asshole you wouldn't have hit your head..." His smile faded as he thought of the entire scene again and guilt flooded back through him once more. /Just let go of it, she forgives you./
He finally decided to step inside of her house, closing the door behind him. "Nice place, ten times better than mine." Falerin commented generously, he was in her house after all, and it really was nice. "I'm... I'm really glad I met you, you're my first friend here." He admitted. It was true too, he'd been far to busy with his college work to go out and meet anyone.

"Yeah, that sounds good, I'll still feel guilty though." Falerin said, speaking the truth. He was convinced that every time he saw her he would somehow remember that her getting hurt was his fault. And he'd feel extremely guilty about it. This was one of the first times that he'd ever really felt guilty about something, odd.
Falerin blushed slightly as she hugged him, and hoped that she didn't notice. THAT would be embarrassing. "Really? I'm glad that I'm the one at my house that's in charge. Although everything is like everywhere... But I guess that's how it would be when you just move in." He ignored the fact that she was trying to tell him that he did the right thing so it was okay. It wasn't, he hadn't paid her back yet as far as he was concerned.

"Well, I do feel guilty and you can't do anything to change it." Falerin said with a small smile as she grabbed his hand and dragged him down the hall. When she grabbed his hand he blushed lightly, however he didn't say anything. He wanted to know if she liked him or not first before he made any moves.
For once he was actually rather prepared for her question. "I moved here about a week ago, everything's different than what I'm used too... It just seems weird. I moved here from Tennessee." He suspected that if he didn't add it in that might be her next question. It came to his realization that he was actually kind of having fun around this girl, usually he was insanely bored at peoples houses.

"Don't you lie to me." Falerin said, smiling. "And I think I'll be good on drinks and food, I'll eat when I get home or something. Because I eat... A lot." He wasn't going to lie he was a pig and he ate like one! It was likely because of how big he was, he had to eat more to get more nutrients into his body.
"I'm in college so I don't have to worry about it, I do everything online." He said, looking around the living room. Falerin felt slightly disappointed when she let go of his hand to get the remote, he felt happier when he was around her.

Falerin sat where she pointed and smiled. "I have sat," He said about a second later. "and I'm very sure. I go through chips like they're nothing. Trust me you don't want to waste your time feeding me, I'll be hungry about a second later and want more. You ever heard that phrase: 'Give a mouse a cookie and he'll want a glass of milk?' Well I'd count that as a small piece of cookie." He joked.
"That would explain it, you look like you should still be in high school. Not saying that that's a bad thing." He beat around the bush with that one, wondering if she'd know that he was flirting with her off-handedly. If she did figure it out then at least she'd be able to strait up let him know if she was interested.

"You can pretend to, we'll get a box and build a time machine!" Falerin said with a smile. He liked her being so close to him, it was a shame she was holding the hand of the arm he would have put around her. "And I don't think I'm a mouse boy, I'm nearly twice as big as you!" Came his gentle teasing voice. Honestly he didn't know he could be gentle when he teased someone. /Always learning new things./ He thought.
"So I'm guessing my shoulder is rather comfortable." He said, and jokingly twisted his head to lie it on his other shoulder. "Hmm... It is. I think I'll go to sleep here. Night." Falerin said, making his voice lower so it sounded like he was actually drifting into sleep. However his obnoxiously loud snoring indicated that he was faking it.
