Jodie laughed. "The more texts, the better," she grinned, closing her eyes and tipped her head back, like she expected the sun to shine on her and warm her right up. Not that she needed warming up, but still. The sun always felt nice, regardless of whether she was boiling and felt like jumping in a bathtub of ice.
The brunette looked Addeline's house up and down, not pleased with herself at all when she scowled for even the slightest of seconds when she bitterly thought that she would kill to live in a house such as this. Clearing her throat, she forced the scowl off of her face and relaxed her tense jaw. Really, that was uncalled for. Blinking slowly, she eyed Addeline curiously. "Did you just uninvite me into your house?" She smiled, obviously joking. She glanced back at her house. "So then I'll...talk to you later?"

I laughed. "Good because your inbox will soon be full when I get done with you!" I say to her laughing. While she looked at the sky I admired her face. It was so pretty, everything about her was perfect. She was just simply amazing.
I saw her look at the house. "Do you not like it?" I asked her now self-concious of my home. It didnt look that bad to me. Well maybe Jodie was used to more upper class things. I thought to myself. I looked her deep in her blue eyes. "Im sorry love, there is so much drama here I wouldnt want to get you caught up in it all. " I tell her taking a step closer to her. We were almost touching, I took her other hand in mine. "Bye Jodie." I say looking her dead in the eye.

Jodie chuckled with amusement, gingerly pulling her phone out of her pocket in order to add Addeline's number into her contact list. She pocketed her phone again, deciding that she would text Addeline while she was walking back to her own house. On that thought, she also had to call up Koral and tell her best friend that she wasn't going to her house anymore, even if Koral wouldn't be happy at all with her.
"Oh no, it's nice," Jodie smiled reassuringly. She was jealous, that was the problem. Shaking her head a bit, her gingerly bit her bottom lip when Addie grabbed both of her hands. She broke eye contact almost immediately, casually looking down nervously. "Alright. Bye, darl," she sighed, quickly going up on the tips of her toes to swiftly peck Addeline's cheek. She pulled away just as quickly, like she was afraid of being slapped, and hugged her hoodie to her chest. "I'll, erm...text you," with a bit of a nod, she backed away from the house.

I nodded when she told me she liked my house. It looked similar to the one we had in France. Thats why father had bought it. He had said if mother could see it she would fall in love, I had agreed, Ellen just walked in threw her stuff down with a "yea yea yea." and moved on.
I noticed when she broke eye contact that she was feeling bashful. It was just something she did. "Bye, Love." I say to her before blushing as she kissed my cheek. I felt my face get hot and quick. Thank God she was turned around. I suddenly felt like I had screwed up when Jodie left.
As soon as I walked into the house I was greeted by Ellen. That was never good. Ever. "Who is she?" She said crossing her arms over her chest. "Just a friend." I say to her heading for the stairs. I was stopped with Ellens arm in front of me. "When did you meet?" She asked again. "Today." I say to her trying to push through her arm. "DONT PUSH ME!" She yelled in my ear right before her hand met my cheek. At that point I pushed through and ran upstairs to my room slamming the door and locking it. Jodie was the only person who I could trust.
